ASHRM's January Dinner Meeting

ASHRM would like to invite you to a seminar coordinated with our affiliates The Bahrain Society for Training and Development on "How to Effectively Identify, Attract, Develop and Retain Talent for Leveraging the Full Potential of Human Capital in Business". The Seminar will:
- Emphasize the strategic role in creating a holistic approach to building an effective and comprehensive talent management process for workforce productivity, and effective operating performance in the business community throughout the gulf region.
- Discuss various corporate talent management challenges facing the business community in the region.
- Highlight the importance of creating a viable talent pool and leadership pipeline for the future.
Speakers Profile
Abdulla M. Alzamil
Mr. Abdulla Al Zamil is the Chief Operating Officer of Zamil Industrial Investment Company. Mr. Al Zamil is also a member of the Executive Board of Saudi Export Development; and a Board of Directors member at Zamil Industrial Investment Company (ZIIC), and Zamil Group Holding Company. A frequent speaker on the issues of leadership, talent and professional development, regionally and internationally, Mr. Al Zamily was named 'Corporate Ambassador' at the "Leaders in Dubai" 2004 and 2005 summits.

Dr. Ahmed Al Shatti
Dr. Ahmed Al Shatti is the Chief Operating Officer & General Manager at Zain. He is a member of the Board of Trustees in the Middle East HR Forum (Beirut) and the Society of HR Management (US), as well as a Board Member in the Graduate School of Kuwait University. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management from, UK, an MBA from the University of Glasgow (UK), and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from USA.
