Dr. James Mitchell is a leading US expert in cooperative learning, team building, and conflict resolution. He is Assistant Professor of Teacher Education at California State University, East Bay.
Dr. Mitchell will discuss the effective ways to discover the true capabilities of employees and teams. He will highlight the valuable opportunity that exists through utilizing decision-making responsibility to engage employees. He will also discuss the different types of leadership styles. Among them is what he calls "efficiency leadership" of the 21st century- the ability of creating a work environment that motivates people to take responsibility, seek challenges, and find ways to achieve organization’s goals.
