SPEAKER: Dr. James Mitchell

Dr. James Mitchell is a leading US expert in cooperative learning, team building, and conflict resolution. He is Assistant Professor of Teacher Education at California State University, East Bay.

TOPIC: Efficiency of Responsibility

Dr. Mitchell will discuss the effective ways to discover the true capabilities of employees and teams. He will highlight the valuable opportunity that exists through utilizing decision-making responsibility to engage employees. He will also discuss the different types of leadership styles. Among them is what he calls "efficiency leadership" of the 21st century- the ability of creating a work environment that motivates people to take responsibility, seek challenges, and find ways to achieve organization’s goals. This presentation is a learning opportunity that nobody should miss.
