The Arabian Society for Human Resource Management (ASHRAM) is pleased to invite you to a presentation on "Individual Development and Performance Management: Utilizing Dyadic Interventions" given by Dr. Toby Marshall Egan. Dr. Egan is Assistant Professor in the Human Resource Development (HRD) program at Texas A&M University (TAMU) a former consulting firm vice president and director of leadership programs, experienced organization development practitioner, project manager, and educator with over seventeen years of experience in consulting and executive coaching. In this presentation Dr Egan will outline frameworks for the utilization of executive coaching and formal mentoring, describe client strategies and outcomes in support of individual performance improvement and outline his related research.
